Nautilus Shareholdings, Inc. ("Nautilus") is privately-held company formed pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It is the successor of the publicly-held Nautilus Marine Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: NMAR) that was taken private through a reverse merger transaction that closed on October 28, 2013.

Nautilus is a company providing offshore maritime services and is owner and operator of a fleet of six (6) modern offshore service vessels comprised of two (2) Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) and four (4) Oil Spill Response Vessels (OSRVs). All six of Nautilus' vessels are employed on long-term time-charter contracts with an aggregate duration of 8 years (4 years firm period and 4 years optional period) with Petroleo Brasileiro (Petrobras).
